RETURN POLICY

Fresh Flowers: 

We will not issue refunds 2 weeks after order has been picked up or delivered. 

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

We understand that flowers can be unpredictable. Typically, we can guarantee freshness for 3-7 days depending on the type of flower. It is also expected that the blooms are taken care of once they are received (kept out of direct sunlight, water changed every couple of days, etc.)  

If you have a complaint about the quality of your flowers, please provide photos of the product and email us hello@beetandyarrow.com so we can assess the issue and work on a solution with you.  

Plants: 

Plants are non-returnable*.

*If plants show a severe decline in health within 7 days, you may return the plant for store credit or exchange. We cannot guarantee plants' health after 7 days due to the many variabilities of plant care and maintenance. 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Following items are non-returnable: 

  • Food
  • Plants
  • Masks
  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@beetandyarrow.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final sale. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@beetandyarrow.com and send your item to: 55 N Broadway, Denver, CO 80203

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3330 Brighton BLVD Denver, CO 80216, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Weddings

For online wedding & elopement orders, we cannot guarantee exact color matches, flower availability, or quantity of flowers pictured. Each bouquet will be priced out by the market rate of flowers available at the time of fulfillment to meet the purchase price paid. We do our best to match the color palette and general feel of the bouquet style you have chosen. 

If you are dissatisfied with your bouquet for any reason, any changes or adjustments must be requested before your flowers leave our shop. If wedding flowers are delivered, we are unable to adjust the design outside of our shop, and we are unable to accommodate change requests. 

We cannot guarantee the condition of the flowers after leaving our care. We have taken measures to design and prep your flowers to last up to two days from the date of delivery/pickup to be prime for the time of your event, and do not guarantee that flowers will last beyond your event. 

Please refer to our best practices "FAQ" or handout guidelines to ensure that your flowers are cared for properly and look their best for your event. 

We also cannot guarantee how your bouquet will appear in photos due to lighting, angles, photography filters and effects.
